Our team combines technology-led innovation with practical experience in understanding how policies, controls, processes, systems and evidence operate within regulated organisations. ADGRC is also supported by its sister concern, Information Systems Auditors & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (ISAAC), established in Mumbai in 1997 — bringing together Sutraधार's Compliance Intelligence capabilities and ISAAC's longstanding experience in Information Systems audit, governance, security and consulting.
Shashin Lotlikar
Brings over 35 years of experience in Information Technology, IT Audit, IT Governance, Information Security and Risk Management. A CISA and CGEIT-certified professional, he has advised government organisations, corporations, banks, financial institutions, and service-sector organisations on complex technology, governance, and compliance matters.
His extensive career includes implementing IT Governance frameworks, strengthening manual and automated controls, conducting banking and financial-system audits, and supporting Business Continuity initiatives. His international experience includes assignments involving complex IT environments and work for the United Nations World Food Programme. He also served as President of the ISACA Mumbai Chapter during 2004–2005.
At Advait Drishti GRC, Shashin provides strategic direction, regulatory insight, and deep GRC expertise, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Sutraधार.
Tapan Trivedi
Brings over 38 years of experience in Information Technology, covering system and product development, project management, banking technology, operational support, and Information Systems Audit. He has worked with Indian and international clients across banking, insurance, financial systems, warehouse management, commodity trading, and enterprise software implementation.
A CISA, CRISC, and CDPSE-certified professional, Tapan also holds credentials as an Information Security Management System Lead Auditor. His experience includes application audits for banks, Core Banking operational and security audits, Agile methodologies, and the implementation of technology solutions across complex business environments.
At Advait Drishti GRC, Tapan drives product vision, technology strategy, and functional development for Sutraधार, with a focus on Compliance Intelligence, scenario modelling, DPDPA compliance, and Consent Management.
Harsh Baru
Brings over nine years of experience across Business Analysis, Product Management, project delivery, banking technology, fintech, CRM solutions, and digital transformation. He works at the intersection of business, compliance, product, and technology, translating complex requirements into practical product features, workflows, integrations, and implementation plans.
His experience covers Agile product delivery, stakeholder management, business requirement analysis, process optimisation, API-based integrations, UAT, data migration, CRM transformation, and regulatory technology initiatives. He has also contributed to digital-platform design, compliance-focused solutions, business-process improvement, and the successful implementation of technology projects within complex organisational environments.
At Advait Drishti GRC, Harsh contributes to product strategy, business development, client engagement, and the ongoing development of Sutraधार. He helps shape its DPDPA and Consent Management capabilities while ensuring the platform remains aligned with real-world business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
